Welcome to Journey, operated by Phantom Technology Limited (“Phantom”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Journey mobile application, Journey Frame hardware, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, using Journey Frame, or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Journey.
By using the Services, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old;

you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and

all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Wellness Product Disclaimer
Journey Frame and the Services are designed for general wellness, informational, and research purposes only.
Journey is not a medical device and is not intended to:

treat,

cure,
-
prevent,
-
or monitor any medical or mental health condition.
Any information, scores, insights, or recommendations provided through the Services are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.
3. Alpha Programme
Journey is currently operating as part of an Alpha Programme.
By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

certain features may be incomplete, experimental, or unavailable;

features, metrics, scores, and functionality may change at any time;
-
temporary interruptions, inaccuracies, bugs, or service limitations may occur;
-
access to certain functionality may unlock progressively over time.
Your participation helps improve and develop the Journey experience.
4. Data Collection & Biosignal Processing
Journey collects and processes behavioural and biosignal data, including:

eye movement activity,
-
blink behaviour,
-
attention-related metrics,
-
session activity data,
-
device usage information,
-
and other related data necessary to provide and improve the Services.
By using Journey, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and analysis of this data by Phantom Technology Limited.
This data may be used:

to provide the Services;

to improve algorithms and machine learning systems;

to personalise your experience;
-
for research and product development purposes.
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
6. Membership & Subscription
Your first year of Journey membership is provided free of charge as part of your early access participation.
Following this period, certain features or services may require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available plans may change over time and will be communicated separately within the app or website.
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

misuse the Services;

interfere with platform security or functionality;

attempt to reverse engineer the software;

use the Services unlawfully;
-
share misleading or harmful content through the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to Journey Frame, the Journey app, branding, software, algorithms, designs, and related technology remain the exclusive property of Phantom Technology Limited.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission.
9. Sharing & Public Content
Certain features may allow users to share or publish insights, scores, or activity summaries.
You are solely responsible for any content or information you choose to share publicly.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom Technology Limited shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages;

loss of profits, data, or business opportunity;

inaccuracies in attention metrics or insights;

interruptions or temporary unavailability of the Services;

decisions made based on information provided through Journey.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
11. Changes to the Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without prior notice.
We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
